They’ve not given me the bloody unaddressed mail survey points again.
This time they are saying it’s because I missed ticking some of the overdue not received items. I checked that section at the end of the survey and there was nothing in there so I can only presume that I was giving it more time in case it was late (which it often is in my part of the world) and then they removed it before I went back to say it hadn’t come.
Complete farce. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

That sounds really unfair. I hope they listen to your side of things.elsien said:They’ve not given me the bloody unaddressed mail survey points again.

This happened to me as well but because it was the 1st time I made that mistake, they gave me the points as a goodwill gesture!elsien said:They’ve not given me the bloody unaddressed mail survey points again.

Now, I always report the overdue items as not received as soon as they move into that section. I don’t wait till the last day of the survey.I haven’t had any problems since & have received my points. Hope this helps.2 -
I’ve also got both the gold edge and maps conference too - so they must be fakes. My other one is The Gym Group.NBLondon said:I'm starting UA again and the items to watch out for include the "map conference" one and one from "gold edge painting and decorating" which I've seen multiple times before but never had actually arrive. I seem to recall we discussed this before and concluded that maybe Spectos put in fake test items to detect people who just tick everything without looking properly. Anyone else seeing these again?
I do have an Uber Eats leaflet to look out for which seems feasible.
edit: this appears to be where gold edge image is from: https://www.designcrowd.com/design/23341619No idea if the business exists2 -
Received one of the parcels containing two books yesterday. It had been put into a "We're sorry" bag as the plastic mailer had been sliced neatly down the side. Luckily the letter was still inside so I could report it as arrived but as they don't ask for condition reports I'm not mentioning anything else to them incase they throw me off the survey.

I wouldn't either. I had a test item the other day with spectos freepost written in large letter with a marker pen!!!Chocmonster7 said:Received one of the parcels containing two books yesterday. Thanks, they have now credited the points and have said that the overdue items need reporting in the week following the one where they are due because they do vanish from the system after that.Graceglow said:

I was waiting because my unaddressed mail items are quite often delivered late but I shall be checking straight away from here on in.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

That’s brilliant… just wish they would make these important details clearer in their instructions!elsien said:

This is not quite true. You cannot report them as undelivered until they move to the overdue items folder which, I think, is the second week after they were due. This is why you have 2 weeks after the survey ends to report late items.elsien said:

That actually arrived today. So I had to answer the pointless question about what type of item it is (if they have the image they should know) or is that maybe another test to see if we are making up the responses? Then the question about what we will do as a result - I guess that's useful to report back to the client who paid for the leaflet to be delivered - but there's no option for "threw it in the recycling".NBLondon said:I do have an Uber Eats leaflet to look out for which seems feasible.I need to think of something new here...2
