Tried joining this but I've heard back today my address is blacklisted with Royal Mail from when I did previous mail surveys years ago.
Any idea how long it will take for me not to be blacklisted?1 -

This is not quite true. You cannot report them as undelivered until they move to the overdue items folder which, I think, is the second week after they were due. This is why you have 2 weeks after the survey ends to report late items.elsien said:
Thanks, they have now credited the points and have said that the overdue items need reporting in the week following the one where they are due because they do vanish from the system after that.Graceglow said:
This happened to me as well but because it was the 1st time I made that mistake, they gave me the points as a goodwill gesture!elsien said:They’ve not given me the bloody unaddressed mail survey points again.
This time they are saying it’s because I missed ticking some of the overdue not received items. I checked that section at the end of the survey and there was nothing in there so I can only presume that I was giving it more time in case it was late (which it often is in my part of the world) and then they removed it before I went back to say it hadn’t come.
Complete farce.
Now, I always report the overdue items as not received as soon as they move into that section. I don’t wait till the last day of the survey.I haven’t had any problems since & have received my points. Hope this helps.
I was waiting because my unaddressed mail items are quite often delivered late but I shall be checking straight away from here on in.
The images in the due section move to the overdue section in the following week, and if those items are not delivered in that week then the panellist would have to report the no-delivery receipt of that item in that same week,

Well the undelivered item from last week is still showing in the due folder. I cannot mark it undelivered there. As soon as it moves to overdue I will.elsien said:

Yes you can. I, and many others, often do this.Moll said:our post boxes are emptied at 9am . if i cant get to a post box that early , am i allowed to post the night before ?Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning. Albert Einstein2 -
As long as you log the date and time that you did send it and not put the morning down anyway. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

I think there is an option to say that I did nothing with it - I always chose that as I think that’s the closest to say that I ignored it.NBLondon said:
That actually arrived today. So I had to answer the pointless question about what type of item it is (if they have the image they should know) or is that maybe another test to see if we are making up the responses? Then the question about what we will do as a result - I guess that's useful to report back to the client who paid for the leaflet to be delivered - but there's no option for "threw it in the recycling".NBLondon said:I do have an Uber Eats leaflet to look out for which seems feasible.Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j1 -
I have had this happen to me again but notice only happens if the expected postage type is not on the item. Perhaps it is some kind of test to see how the panelist processes the item.CRISPIANNE3 said:On the live panel in the last few weeks I have received two test items at different times and fill in all the details but when it comes to the postage type and I go to scan a message appears stamp not valid or bar code.
I then select from the drop down list at the bottom something like "other reason" and complete a small report what has happened. Has anyone else experienced this type of thing. It only happens when a stamp has been put on the item.2 -
That's the one I use - never had anything interesting in UA!Money_Grabber13579 said:

I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this because I can't be the only one!
1) I have been on the active panel consistently since October 22, fifteen months solid with no resting period (not complaining though)
2) I have not received any bundles to post for about three months but I receive a high volume of test letters and parcels (at least five times a week, often three parcels in one day)
3) I'm always getting invites for the UA mail survey to the point where as soon as one finishes, I'm straight on to the next. I actually cannot even remember when I wasn't doing one!
I'm definitely not complaining and am not going to contact them because I'm happy to continue but I'm sure the above isn't normal!
Anyone else in the same position please?1
