I updated the app this morning, it worked and let me log an incoming pack but took ages to do it.Have just received this email from them:'We are aware of an issue with the app after you have completed the update.
Our IT team are on the case and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
We will send an email once the issue has been resolved.
Please continue to post as normal and note down the time and date you have completed this. You can then update the app when the issue has been resolved with your data.

Thank you for your reply, I'm so glad that I'm not the only one!rpstdavids said:Gail333 said:I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this because I can't be the only one!
1) I have been on the active panel consistently since October 22, fifteen months solid with no resting period (not complaining though)
2) I have not received any bundles to post for about three months but I receive a high volume of test letters and parcels (at least five times a week, often three parcels in one day)
3) I'm always getting invites for the UA mail survey to the point where as soon as one finishes, I'm straight on to the next. I actually cannot even remember when I wasn't doing one!
I'm definitely not complaining and am not going to contact them because I'm happy to continue but I'm sure the above isn't normal!
Anyone else in the same position please?Yes, exactly the same for me. Only reason I can think is that I live in a fairly rural area and there are not many other participants around here.Would be nice to have a bit of a break , but about to cash in another £25 soon, which will be £250 since the start, so not complaining either.
It may be because you are in a rural area but I'm in Central London so I can't think of any explanation as I would have thought that there would be plenty of panelists.
I think that I've had about £250 too, it's brilliant as I'm always shopping on Amazon.
The stamps though, I don't have a clue what to do with them as I never need to send letters or parcels and I have a ridiculous amount now 🤣🤣1 -

Is it working for others?1 -
Me too regarding doing it for the stamps but I usually use them as part payment on parcels.Moll said:

I put stamps in Christmas and birthday cards - given how expensive they are now, people really appreciate them.

I keep them all knowing they will continue to increase in value.Graceglow said:
I sell the reward stamps on eBay. After factoring in the fees, my last batch sold for about 55% of the face value. There is always demand for them.NBLondon said:
I got rid of my excess Large 1st by selling them to this dealer: https://www.philatelink.co.uk/buying--stamps-prices-4-w.asp (scroll down halfway to see the price list) Better than just leaving them in a drawer if you will never use them.Gail333 said:The stamps though, I don't have a clue what to do with them as I never need to send a letters or parcels and I have a ridiculous amount now 🤣🤣2 -
Thank you for this! I will have a look! I had no idea that there was somewhere online that buys stamps. I had considered Facebook marketplace but then it occurred to me that I would have to give an explanation to a potential buyer why I have so many as I would not want them to think that they were either fake or stolen as no "normal" person would have so many stamps but then I would be revealing my identity so I dismissed that idea.NBLondon said:

I won't ever use them and yes you are right, this would be much better than sitting in a drawer which is exactly where they are now 😂
