    Their 'just in time approach' is really annoying. I like a bit more certainty in what I am doing.
    Completely agree. It’s as if they forget there’s bundles to be posted in the next few days and then rush to send them out the day before.

    Interesting queries today. 3 items that I logged the receipt of were apparently only posted the same day I received them. All 3 received on the same day.
    Yes I had one of those too.
    Also one saying was I sure of the date I received it as it was 3 days before it was logged as posted!!!!

    I got one as well. Apparently I’ve received something that was posted on the same day which is obviously impossible.

    Seeing as there’s a few of us with this, there must be an issue with the data Spectos are receiving from the app.

    I too have had a message asking me to check my data entry as I apparently received an item on the day it was posted.

    Believe it or not I had a query about one that I'd received a day before it had been posted!

    When did you report your holiday? I’ve reported my holiday (from next week) and I’ve nothing more showing from the day before I go away.

    I reported it 6 weeks before my holiday. 
    Well within the 4 weeks they advise.

    Were I them I would disable that part of the app until I got it fixed!!

    Agreed - I had it up to 20 this week (actual number 4).   I just chuck them back in next time I go to post anything and the points arrive eventually
    I need to think of something new here...

    Hi,
    few days ago I had an email from Spectos saying I was on a break until 1st December (about time too as I've been on the panel with Kantar non-stop since April last year and then joined Spectos straight away without a break).
    I'm currently doing the UA survey. The app worked fine on Saturday but when I tried to log in today (to record yesterday's deliveries), it tells me my email/password is wrong. I'm sure the password is correct but as it didn't work, I reset it... It still won't let me log in! Is it normal to loose access to the app while on a break? I have over 3000 points and I'd like to redeem them (since I won't be earning any for some time). Obviously, I want to complete the survey as well as it's almost over anyway and I want the 300 points reward for it. I also have 2 bundles to post this week (even though I'm on a break so no idea how that works) but can't record posting anything without being able to log into the app.
    I've emailed support but not holding my breath for a quick reply. Anyone knows what's happening? Thanks!
