The latest newsletter is again badly written. It clears up how to post parcels and return books to Spectos but states that you can only post items a few streets or so from your home. My nearest post box and post office is further than that. Also the app states, when you post, that you only have to be in the area of the first 2 letters of your postcode.Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. Anyone else having problems logging into the app? I've not been able to get into mine since Saturday evening.
When I enter my email and password, I get 'incorrect email or password' error message. When I try to reset the password via the link, I get confirmation that the password's been changed but when I try to use it to log in, I get the same 'incorrect email or password' error.
I've not been able to record the UA survey deliveries since Saturday and I was supposed to send a bundle today (but didn't because of being unable to get the app to work). I've also got a query about some item but not able to do anything about that...
I keep getting notifications/reminders but I just can't log in no matter what I try. I sent email to support on Saturday when it first happened and then again on Monday afternoon but still no response. You'd think this would be a priority for them so sort, since nothing can be done/recorded without the app... I knew their support team was pants compared to Kantar, but this is really taking the... Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks!0 -

I put some in a box, wrote Spectos Freepost in huge letters on the box (because that’s what it says in their FAQs) and it’s been returned to me today because the post office ignored the impossible to miss Spectros label and re-delivered it back to me because of a small printed label I had overlooked taking off.

On that subject - only about a quarter of the books get sent back unread; half are things I might read first (thrillers mostly) and some are ones I won't read but m'wife might. (And some we both read). So we now have multiple piles for the various categories and I make a big package to be dropped off at the same time as I send back a mailbag.I need to think of something new here...0

Also, if they want people to post the books back to them, I think they should have some kind of system set up including points awarded.
I doubt many send them back. I certainly don’t, they go straight into the recycling here.0
