I just had an RM request to pay postage for an item without the correct amount - it was a blimmin Spectos letter! I haven't opened it yet as husband picked it up and he's on the school run but presume that it's the one with stamps in as I'm not expecting anything. £2.50 I've had to pay - bear in mind I haven't earned enough for any rewards yet (except the stamps). What's the best way to complain? In the App none of the dropdowns for the ticket are relevant.

Nothing that has not happened before.
Either email the details or use the icode dropdown in the app (not that it matters which one you use). They will reimburse you in points.

It's a shame though, it's cost me money upfront. Would rather have cash than points!

If it happens to me I will post the card back with stamps affixed and let them wait. At least that way I would put some of my stash towards a voucher.

So what address are you folks using to send books back?
 I put some in a box, wrote Spectos Freepost  in huge letters on the box  (because that’s what it says in their FAQs) and it’s been returned to me today because the post office ignored the  impossible to miss Spectros label and re-delivered it back to me because of a small printed label I had overlooked taking off.

I always write "Freepost spectos"
