I also finished Saturday, have closed and restarted app a couple of times, but no points - yet. My UM points came a couple of days after finishing0

Can anybody explain what this is supposed to mean -

Do they mean do the reports before the Monday of the following week or something else?

For the past 3 weeks I have had a note on the home page of my app saying a transponder is on it's way to me and to record it when I return it. I've still not received said transponder and today the note has vanished!
I signed up after Kantar, said I was happy not to take a break and in that time have had 1 transponder to return and completed a correctly delivered survey. I have received two sets of stamps, April and May, in the same envelope .
I have no idea what is going on but am so glad to have found this forum as it seems from the comments that is the normal state of play!
