I’ve just had a sack to send for next Saturday. Which I don’t generally mind but I’m away for the weekend. Haven’t put it down as holiday because it’s a last-minute arrangement so it’s just going to have to go late.Just had a query for an item, I received on the 19th of April. Taking them awhile to get round to picking up on that.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

A lot of people sending sacks next Saturday. I hope the local PO's are up to the task. I often use a convenience store that is also the local PO. I've just recieved a mailing with a transponder and - as I always do - have just opened the app to confirm reciept and to return it. However according to the app they are expecting me to return 2 transponders even though I only have one and won't let me report that I have returned the 1. There is no indication that I should be expecting another mailing. Has anybody else had this issue or can advise what I should do?Debt Free Wannabe by 1 December 2027

Everybody has this issue. This part of the app is buggy and we have been told to ignore it. I don’t even bother to confirm that I’ve returned transponders, still getting the 10 points.
Interesting queries today. 3 items that I logged the receipt of were apparently only posted the same day I received them. Their last reply said I didn’t have to inform them through the app that I was returning a transponder 🤷🏼♀️Were I them I would disable that part of the app until I got it fixed!!2 -

Also one saying was I sure of the date I received it as it was 3 days before it was logged as posted!!!!

I, too, am getting questions about items being received on the same day. Must be another bug in their systems. If they are tracking the items correctly through the RM system they must see that this can't be the case.

Same here - just got a query for 19th April - it said the day of receipt was the same as the day of posting, weird. All I know is I log all my received items on the day I get them so I am sure of my data at least.
