Mine disappeared. I did not know you could report them as not delivered.
If you click on them (or if you had before they disappeared) it gives you the option to say if they have been delivered or not.

It doesn't make sense really. We are told to expect them in the weeks before and after so how would we know when to say they have not been delivered.

I've been running with the unaddressed mail survey since 8 May and have not received any thing at all.  I notice that they have all now moved into the overdue section.  Do I record them as not having been delivered or do I hang on for another 2 weeks to do that?
Sussed it.  Apparently we're supposed to check every time we log on to see if anything has gone into the overdue box, then click on it and answer some condescending questions about whether we are actually sure it hasn't been received.  If they are happy that we really haven't had it then it disappears.  Might have been helpful to put it in the tutorial rather than hiding it in the manual which probably no one actually bothers to read!

As soon as they go into the overdue file I record them as not delivered.

Here we go again.....   Postie has just delivered the bundle for 9th June and when I log it the app asks me if I have received 2 bundles.  Nope.   I don't have the bundle for 5th June so what's the betting that will have the same A number and be a mailbag?

Also today's books - a Dan Brown which I will read as a guilty pleasure and a romance novel which goes on the "straight back" pile to be dropped off at the same time as that next mailbag.

Exactly the same here - got my posting pack for next week and the app asked if I got two bundles, no there was only one.  So I assume I am due a sack - wish they would sort out these glitches, I duly reported as only having received one bundle.  Haven't had a sack in a couple of weeks so figure I am due one.  I got Alfie today - love the movie but never read the book so will keep that one for now.  Trying to remember to shove at least one parcel of books/dvds back in the postbox every week - I try to package them so it will fit in a box rather than having to bother with the post office.

Just had a reply from Spectos on whether we can post sack parcels in a normal postbox:

"Thank you for your message, we are sorry for the delayed response.

If the parcels fit through the slot, you can also post in an ordinary post box."

So that is clear enough now.

The sack arrived today... There's no response to me saying I haven't got 2 bundles, could they not just pop up a message that the sack is also on it's way?

I'd quite like to read that....

I make a big bundle to be dropped off at the same time as the mailbag.
I need to think of something new here...

And me makes three. No items received yet due to be posted on 5th June. Received 9th June and got asked was I sure I only received 1 bundle.
Awaiting my cardboard boxes in due course.

... and as you've all predicted.... Earlier in the week I received my pack for Thu 8th saying it should be 2 bundles but only 1 received (which I told them about on the app).   And lo and behold, in today's post I've got a sack to post, and when I try and scan the posting plan it's already been recorded.

This time the sack hasn't come in a carboard box - it's in one of the grey plastic wrappers like the books come in.
