I have previously suggested something similar to the transponder returns. Maybe 10pts per book.fluffig said:

I have had another 4 books today in 2 parcels I have stopped sending them back now. They go to the book shelf in Morrisons for people to take.

I too had a couple of 'are you sure' queries, one for 'item shows receipt on the day it was posted' and one 'item shows receipt before it was posted'.
Two crappy books also received today which will go straight back. Had some decent ones at the start, rest have been rubbish. Transponders are adding and disappearing like an extra from Rentaghost and receipt of items to post seems somewhat random with time / type.

I've not been able to record the UA survey deliveries since Saturday and I was supposed to send a bundle today (but didn't because of being unable to get the app to work). I've also got a query about some item but not able to do anything about that...
I keep getting notifications/reminders but I just can't log in no matter what I try. I sent email to support on Saturday when it first happened and then again on Monday afternoon but still no response. You'd think this would be a priority for them so sort, since nothing can be done/recorded without the app... I knew their support team was pants compared to Kantar, but this is really taking the... Anyone got any suggestions? Thanks!
It's now been 4 days since I was last able to log in to the app and things to report are starting to pile up. Still no response from Spectos. Weird attitude if you ask me. Sent them another email today but not holding my breath. The whole operation looks like complete shambles.
On a different note? How come some people are getting books/DVDs in parcels? All I had were some pieces of polystyrene. I've had several books to send out to other people but never actually received one myself.1 -
What operating system version is your phone using? If your phone is old, wonder has some change been made in the background that affects older OS versions?Yorkie006 said:

It's Android 7.1 but I also tried on a tablet running Android 10 and can't log in on either. No updates of any sort (software or app) installed recently.Money_Grabber13579 said:

Some I read, some I give to my friend. The ones I don't want get put back into the bag and I post them into the post box, I re use the mailing bags they send me and use the envelopes to write Spectos Freepost on so the only cost to me is a bit of sellotape.fluffig said:

I am posting the transponders back and the mail anyway. I think its worth it and hope it continues.

I need to send more books back - I have a growing pile sat on my table. A small number I will keep, a few I may give to a charity shop if they look popular - but I need to shift the backlog before it gets worse.
