Update:
Still can't long in the app, support not responded to my emails either. It' now day 7 of me not being able to log in and record anything (also mean I did not post the 2 bundles planned for this week). Today I had an email asking me to report a posting (I did not post it as no access to the app). I know it's an automated email but still, they knew all week I'm unable to use the app and yet did nothing to solve the issue... I wish there was a way to redeem my points (I have over 3k) without the app. I'm ready throw in a towel. Whoever though that Spectos will be better than Kantar needs a slap...

With respect, I suspect that some are contacting Spectos too early on occasion with issues which might explain the volume of tickets/turnaround time they currently have.
If you recall Kantar would always take weeks to allocate points after a survey was completed.
I think some patience is warranted.7 -
If you have any items that need to be returned to us, all you have to do is cross out the address on the front and simply write Freepost SPECTOS on the front and either post it in a post box or at a Post Office.Guess I found out what I'm doing with all the mailbags I've accumulated
- too much effort to try and return them to a sorting office or Post Office... The reason I have them is that the parcel postbox was more convenient than the Post Office... 0 -
I fold them neatly and put them in the local post box. Like you, I'm using parcel postboxes, too.
