    Update:
    Still can't long in the app, support not responded to my emails either. It' now day 7 of me not being able to log in and record anything (also mean I did not post the 2 bundles planned for this week). Today I had an email asking me to report a posting (I did not post it as no access to the app). I know it's an automated email but still, they knew all week I'm unable to use the app and yet did nothing to solve the issue... I wish there was a way to redeem my points (I have over 3k) without the app. I'm ready throw in a towel. Whoever though that Spectos will be better than Kantar needs a slap...

    When I was with Kantor I never had an issue with expected UA leaflets being delivered. However my failure rate with Spectos is really high. Not sure it the issue is with them or more of a local one.
    I've been on the UA survey since 8 May and have yet to recieve a single item!

    Me nether, have put a ticket in but this just seems to be a unorganised psis take!

    If you have any items that need to be returned to us, all you have to do is cross out the address on the front and simply write Freepost SPECTOS on the front and either post it in a post box or at a Post Office.
    Guess I found out what I'm doing with all the mailbags I've accumulated :wink: - too much effort to try and return them to a sorting office or Post Office... The reason I have them is that the parcel postbox was more convenient than the Post Office...

    I fold them neatly and put them in the local post box. They are going to be collected otherwise the box will get clogged up, so they will end up in the right place.

    Like you, I'm using parcel postboxes, too.  I put my empty sacks into the parcel postbox at the same time as posting the books - the book parcels have to sit on top of the sack to make sure there's enough weight to send it down the chute - sometimes needs a bit of persuasion!
