  • You sound much calmer now that you know the sky doesn’t fall in on debt defaults. Sounds like your friends are in a bit of a hole but obviously they don’t see it yet.

  • Just caught up on your diary, well done for taking the first steps. Please believe us when we say that if you keep paying your mortgage they cant take your property off you. Its called unsecure debt for a reason.

  • Hi guys 

    Reading through the paperwork on my shawbrook loan as going through my paperwork, even though it is unsecured it says in the fine print that non payment could see them legally applying for a charging order.

    Some reassurance would be great as wife 'googled' charging order and now has the 'fear', as do I tbh.
