Hi guys
Maybe postal strikes have helped but communication has totally died.
No defaults yet, but nothing outside of txts yet.
I'll post a story later of our friends (who have lived the high life and everyone assume loaded). They're about to do a bridging loan on a sale of their property to another and consolidate 60k of debt she didn't know about and he's alreading bragging about what he's gonna buy/do??
At the mo we r at the 'please pay' stage.
On a home front, we are already adjusting to sensibility. Hell. I even sold my bday gift of tickets to the darts... Needs must!!!

You are doing well so keep doing what you are. Your friends sound like the people we used to call "all fur coats and no kni****s.

You sound much calmer now that you know the sky doesn’t fall in on debt defaults. Sounds like your friends are in a bit of a hole but obviously they don’t see it yet.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Hi everyone
Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU, MERRY XMAS AND BIG ❤️ to everyone for their advice, support or even just reading.
Muted Xmas this year and all the better for it.
No defaults yet, just notices of 'late payments'
It's all BS according to Clearscore I'm fine, Total Money... In trouble.... And Experian... Should top myself... Lol??
Holding strong, being frugal, and enjoying what counts.... Family!!!
Thank you once again... You will neva know the appreciation I have for all of you.
You have set me free. I'm now sleeping at night which I haven't done in months and looking at life realistically. Rather than using the neva neva and feeling ill through worry!!
Big ❤️ again
Luke

Hi guys
Reading through the paperwork on my shawbrook loan as going through my paperwork, even though it is unsecured it says in the fine print that non payment could see them legally applying for a charging order.
Some reassurance would be great as wife 'googled' charging order and now has the 'fear', as do I tbh.
