So, according to this, I need to have 2 DDs by 18 Nov.
It doesn't say they need to be on the old account that is being switched, right?

Damn, just applied and received new account details, but can't log in yet.
I still have active old TSB Classic Plus where I can now log in, but for the new account I had to choose different login credentials during application, so the new account is not there. How is that going to work now? Are they going to somehow merge them manually into one online banking or what? Anyone else with an old legacy TSB account who applied for the new one?

I am in the same position. I believe I read that they would merge them once up and running.

But is does say it here

We’ll pay £125 cashback into new Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus accounts if customers do the following by 18 November 2022:
    • Complete a full switch to a new TSB Spend & Save or Spend & Save Plus account using the Current Account Switch Service (a full switch means you need to transfer all active credits and debits from your old account and close it. This must include a minimum of two active Direct Debits)

Thanks. Luckily, I already have 2 DDs on the account I decided to switch.

I’ve read the t&c and can’t see anything to say it’s not allowed in order to receive the incentive, but has anyone else applied for this switch but from a Lloyds account?

TSB has long been divorced from Lloyds.
