The post in question only states that both Natwest and RBS have paid out (doesn't state that any specific individual has or has not received an incentive). This is the thread for the TSB switch offer. You'd be better off asking about RBS/Natwest here. An unknown incoming payment of £25 on my TSB current account before yesterday.It only says "Faster Payment" and nothing more. Maybe that's the bonus and they just forgot it was supposed to be £125 ? What payment reference do TSB switch bonuses normally have?

I had the same on my letter (but O2's on wife account was correct one, with date and amount) plus DD details in Vigin/UU still showed old account numbers.masonic said:Which condition of the offer are you concerned about not fulfilling?
The one about having active DD before 18 Nov on TSB account. We switched two accounts, each one with two DD (and I think at least one payment has been taken from old account just before switch) but in my panic I contacted virgin (and UU) and it seems they cancelled switched DD and set up a new one. I guess TSB might urge that we invalided their condition by it.This is what I see
I guess now I have to wait till 16 Dec to see if we receive the offer.0 -
