So will Octopus keep to their word and start communicating with customers today?

Whatever the outcome of Tracker discussions, I'm considering staying on my V3.I've still not heard a thing from Eon Next about any rate changes on my fix that's due to start on 1st October or the SVT that I am currently on. So it's not just patience required with Octopus Trackers!
I guess I'll just submit meter readings on 1st October and take it from there.....

Couple of people today have confirmed they have received details of new pricing on price promise tariff so it does seem Octopus are now working through the other tariffs, fix and other tariff details inbound.2

I've received an email with a breakdown of costs from Octopus a few hours ago. Standing charge is cheaper than EPG and is staying the same on this fix, everything else is reduced down to EPG1

I too have received details for my Octopus fix.
However they are saying my electricity will be 41.106 p/kWh Day, 15.451p night and my gas will be 10.237p p/kWh.
I'm confused because this is over the 34 p cap for electricity, or is this because I'm on E7?0 -

Is this just from bad communication of the cap, or did people really feel cheated before that their day rate was higher than other people's single rate?1 -
Why do so many people think that they should pay the same as everyone else in the day, but still get it cheaper at night?
But I won't be at all surprised, or feel aggrieved, if it doesn't happen.2 -

I've been on a variable tariff for the first time in many years since Symbio folded,in the full knowledge that my prices could either plummet, soar,or remain broadly similar.
Gambling on a fix in such uncertain times felt unwise, entirely my own decision and responsibility.
