Santander Transfer In

I opened the 3% 1yr fixed rate ISA on Tuesday. The bank I'm transferring from did not appear in the drop-down list of options so I printed off the paper transfer form and sent that off. Got an e-mail from current bank today saying the transfer has been requested from them and is going through, so it has been picked up very quickly.1

OK, at the risk of appearing daft...
I have done the Santander ISA Application and selected the option stating I wanted to do a partial transfer in from another provider. At the end of the application there was no form to complete to provide the details? After a little searching, I found a .PDF that I could complete with all the details (Awesome...) but I can only seem to find a postal address?
Is there anywhere I can upload it? I tried to ask their digital assistant, but as usual, it was unhelpful as like most things it tells me to "look on the website" as if there is only one place on the website I would find this...
For the last few years I have been transferring ISAs from the building societies and smaller banks, and other than a few requiring a wet signature (so just a time delay), they have all been easy.
Now my new ISA is sitting there empty.0 -

A bit of a quirk I came across yesterday is that the 'Transfer' option button didn't appear when I was logged on for some reason, but did show when logged off...1 -

I did look through the "Payments and Transfers" tab at the top of the account page, but nothing there relevant. Other than that, I couldn't see anything relevant, other than "pull my money from another account" which is not the action I need, as it is a one-off transfer.
I can't see anything that said "upload the form" or similar, from a bank the size of Santander I would expect the ISA account page to have a box marked "transfer-in", I am probably have a dense day, but large banks should be the easiest, not search for a basic function of the account.0 -
The online option is via the "Transfer ISA in" button in this link (logged off):

ETA, it's an online form, not the facility to upload a paper form2 -

I completed the form, so we will see if it works.
Thank you.0 -

rallycurve said:I notice their list of ISA providers for online transfers does not include Cynergy Bank but it has Bank of Cyprus (previous name of Cynergy). I am sure Cynergy allows electronic ISA transfers and I wonder if this is just an outdated list?
