Santander Transfer In

I have just opened the Santander eISA variable rate and had email accepting my application and as I have a current account is with Santander it was opened immediately.
Then I found on their website an option to complete a form to transfer in ISAs from other providers which I completed online and submitted it, I did this twice as I had two ISAs I need to transfer.
However after submitting the online details, nothing, no email aknowledgement thanking me for the transfers...?
I have since also seen Santander ISA transfer forms you can complete online and then download to sign and post to Santander.
So do I wait to see if anything happens or try completing and posting the other forms?
The downside with Santander is they have no message or chat options to contact them.
Has anyone used either of these methods to transfer in ISAs to Santander?

Personally I'd give it a few days or phone them to confirm they've received the requests.

Santander do have 'chat' - at least on PC. Red bar r/h side of the screen - just tried it. IIRC logged in, it goes from digital assistant, to 'message' to get an agent.
I assume you're transferring a cash isa as there is no facility online to transfer cash from S&S Isa?
I've used it last few days on the same subject - not handled well by their CS providing frustratingly useless info.1 -

I opened an ISA yesterday but couldn't find a way to request a transfer in anywhere.
I filled out the forms, downloaded them and sent them by post.
I'm planning to open a 3% fixed rate later would someone be kind enough to tell me how to do the transfer in request on line.
Many thanks

sxI found this web page under Easy ISA…
https://www.santander.co.uk/personal/savings-and-investments/isas/easy-isa
then clicked on “Transfer ISA in” which took me to this page….
https://apply.santander.co.uk/PubRetSaveWeb/ola.htm?_flowId=isatransferin&refId=sanuk
and just completed all the details which ended with a final declaration page and clicked on Submit.
Edit The second link may not work as assume you have to access via first link.

Oops I gave wrong link, should be to eisa not easy isa, although both links take you to same page...

Most of the big banks and building societies do use this scheme, but not all. The Principality, for example, don't, which is why I've had to print, fill out and post a paper form off to Santander to kick off my transfer.
The lack of acknowledgement from Santander is odd - I would follow Masonic's advice above and give them a day or two before contacting them to confirm they've received your online transfer request. I wouldn't start filling out additional paper forms as this is likely to be unnecessary and would probably just complicate matters.1 -

If so and you were able to fill in the online transfer form, then presumably the bank or building society you're transferring from was in the drop-down list of providers who take part in the Cash ISA Transfer Service, in which case your transfer(s) should (in theory) be carried out wholly online. When transferring Cash ISAs, the paper transfer forms are normally for use when either one or both of the providers are not part of the scheme.

Thank you all....I can see it now but couldn't yesterday!!
Yes transferring an easy access cash ISA from Coventry Building society to the Santander eISA.
I will let the paper copy run its course but good to know if I decide to go for the fixed rate 3% ISA....(assuming that the on line form option is there for that ISA)
