Been really busy over the past few weeks but especially so the past couple of days. We’ve taken on some work leading up to Christmas that wasn’t really planned for. I am keeping up working on my health alongside it and despite being so busy and my sleep not being fantastic last night I came home from the gym and for the first time in a long time I wanted to be here. If you’re in a bad place don’t give up, I only didn’t for my family but yesterday I wanted to be here and believed that my wife loves me.@in_need_of_direction doesn’t surprise me tbf
@RelievedSheff she’s been so upset that she has been taken in again. Idk she likes nice things but she is a good person too and some of those girls she follows are absolutely !!!!!! vile. She got her cbt Monday and couldn’t wait to prove the lad she’s training with at the bike school that she is strong enough to push this 650cc bike about which is what they have to do for the next test. She looks !!!!!! ridiculous tbf but I’d much rather she be getting on with that and hanging around with people who are down to earth that she has a laugh with than stuck in on her phone. Honestly think she’ll have it come springtime tbf I thought she wouldn’t be bothered after a little go idk looks like more !!!!!! money to spend. Although I did tell her she could maybe start doing nails again and earn some money towards it ha.5 -

Thanks all. I hope I am never that low with mental health again but who knows what will come in the future. We just don’t know and need to learn to take each day as it comes. We did have a nice family dinner out and going to start getting ready for Christmas this weekend which we are all looking forward to.
I transferred the money today so no longer have any card balances. Pleased about it, just apprehensive about the future I suppose.11 -
