Feeling quite pleased with myself. I've just wrapped all of my presents! Only have a few left to do now when I pick them up from my Mum's house. Trouble is I've realised that there isn't a lot of wrapping paper left, and I don't want everyone's presents to look the same. Maybe I'll be able to get some off my Mum.

It's looking very grey here now. Don't think that the clothes will dry if I hang them out, so may have to fill the airers instead.

Right, time for lunch methinks, although what I'll have, I don't know. May have a veggie bacon roll with bbq sauce in if I've got any rolls left.

    See you all later.

    sexymouse xx

Afternoon update - I'm beginning to flag so decided to sit down with a cup of tea and update my list with the things I've done today: It doesn't look much when I strike through the things on it but I already feel knackered - got diverted a bit when cleaning the living room windows and actually washed down the paintwork as well.

Thank you pigpen - this really made me laugh! Shame about the roll though.

    First welcome to soappie,

Hope you stay with us longer than just for Christmas :D
LG - sorry to here your bad news there are some vile people about and lots of them work at the tax office

I second both the above, real bad news to come home to that, and then the vile tax office  , OH had to pay £500 last week for overpaid tax credits or something stupid, wouldnt allow us to stagger the repayments and threatened with court if we didnt. I hate that, they assess your earnings tell you they're gonna pay you £10 per week (big deal) then they tell you that you owe them because you earnt more because you did a bit of overtime, then they leave it for 2 YEARS paying you NOTHING, then say a week before Christmas we want it back.

Anyway rant over was just stopping for a quick cuppa before cracking on as have been into town this morning AGAIN! Still couldnt find a set of Christmas cutters only individual ones at £1 each so only bought a Christmas tree one. Think I might raid the old playdough box and see if theres any in there.

    Will update properly this evening.
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!

Been to get get the final Christmas presents, I must have looked like an alcoholic chocoholic as I came out of the shop!! Oh and the daft girl at Argos rang 4 sets of banana leaf baskets through, infact more to the point I didn't notice til it was too late. So I have 12 baskets in total, so it is official I have started next years Christmas shopping

While I was at Argos I asked about the train light (was unable to check stock levels on the net earlier) and they have put one aside for me to swap. We will be going by the door later on the way to Nannies for tea so I'll swap it then. Just need to hunt the receipt out now.

LMAO at Pigpen and the oven and bread. Now I don't feel so guilty about not cleaning my over for ages!

Quick coffee and then school run.
