thank god today is over. Another one dealt with. Got a few bits done. Didn't really get a satisfactory response about the boy from friday, he was made to apologise to me, he didn't voluntarily do so, he didn't make eye contact with me the whole time so obviously didn't mean it in the slightest, and he will be back in my lesson tomorrow. No official punishment. No wonder the world is in the state it is.
At least my work day finished at 2pm. I managed my trip to the ASDA and pick charlie up by 3:15. Unfortunately i was nearly 30 minutes just picking charlie up, but thems the breaks, and i am home now. :j

I'd add the list of today's jobs, but I forgot to copy it, and now can't work out how to access the first page without losing this...must be the cold affecting the brain!
I did a Level 3'ish of the kitchen, then a quick coffee, posted parcels and cards, Sainsbury's for bread and milk. Home for speed lunch, then downtown to finish the last bits of present shopping (a few stocking presents) and shuffle some money around.
I'm supposed to be working tomorrow, and think I shall pile on the layers if it is as cold as today! I can always leave if it is too cold though, but could do with a bit of extra money.
I need to make the Christmas cake in a minute, as couldn't do it yesterday as OH had the doors off the oven all afternoon. DS2 at school disco this pm, so good opportunity to wrap up his presents.
likklegibbon - what a horrid thing to happen when you were away. It sounds as if your neighbours were very helpful though. I hope you get it all straight and sorted for Christmas.
lil_me - my departed MIL once visited us unannounced just before the end of the summer term. The flat was in total chaos. She looked around and sweetly asked 'Did you do this all by yourself, or did you have help?' Managed to avoid ever inviting her back.... Anyone, family or not, who tries to put you down, is simply not worth bothering over. Cultivate a sweet vague smile, have another glass of something, and let it just slide over you!It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -

Thanks for the welcome Kaz. I think I may just be staying for longer than Christmas. Posting my 'to do' list up on here has really helped keep me going today because I knew I'd never be able to look at all you kind folk in the forum face again if I just thought 'what the heck' and did minimal stuff.
You are good motivators - thank you!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
