    Morning everyone!

Been to the hairdressers this morning and have had a fringe cut in - not sure if I like it, and my elderly neighbour came out and said she liked my old hair better, so I know that it won't go down well with my Mum. Oh well - maybe it'll look better when I've washed my hair - she hasn't cut it like I wanted really (have had a fringe in the past, and it looked much better than this). :(

On the plus side, I wanted to get OH the simpsons movie for his birthday (January 4th) and she told me that Sainsbury's were selling it for £8 something, which is much cheaper than everywhere else, so I stopped off there on the way home.

My aims today are to get as much washing done as possible as it's sunny here, and try to wrap my presents. I also need to write and deliver the cards for my neighbours, and post the 2 cards for friends who have only just texted me their addresses.

Well best get on then I feel, as I'll try to fly as well if I can find the motivation.

First things first though - where's that kettle? Anyone for a cuppa?

    sexymouse xx

Lots of progress at the weekend - I gave everyone a list and agreed a bribe if it was completed by midnight last night. All five did their list! It was nice to see my 3yo and 4yo dragging their toyboxes upstairs together, they wouldn't let me help as it was 'their job'. Cost me double pocket money for the teenagers but they did a huge amount of work.

I am out all day Tuesday and half of Wednesday. Visitors due Friday am for a week. Can't sign the pledge, just can't. My in laws are lovely, and they wouldn't mind if it was three foot deep in dirt, but I would so I just have to crack on with it.

List for the week - on top of dailies:

    Outside
Garden minor tidy - mostly done yesterday. Tools away for winter
Wash muddy pawprints off back door
Finish both wreaths and hang them out

    Inside - ground floor
Tidy back hall, paint plastered bit
Clean loo, put some carpet down as the tiles will not get done now till new year
    Kitchen - clear hot spot
DR - Remove clutter, clear hotspot window ledge, clear ironing mountain
Clean fishtank (add 'still aint dead' sign!)
    Wash good china and glasses
    Hall - clear hotspot desk
Snug - second coat of paint. Wire in speakers
LR - second coat of paint, then move Christmas Tree
    Upstairs hall declutter
Bathroom/loo - remove any more peeling wallpaper, deep clean
Our BR - declutter, wrap presents, tidy DH side of the bed, even though I have sworn not to.
Other BRs are mostly tidy as of yesterday

    Everywhere
Wash walls - mould off the bits where the cladding stops the stone from breathing
    Thorough vacuum
    Wash carpets

Buy some stamps, post christmas cards before it is too late.
    Menu plan for next week
    Trip to Aldi, Morrisons.

I need a cup of tea please, and a paper bag to breathe in. At least I finished the main shopping last week.
