I haven't got it yet. I posted straight after I'd ordered (yesterday). It says 3-4 working days processing time on the site so that probably means next week now! Ahh! Can't wait! I'll keep all you chocolatiers posted....
I managed to pack yours today and I am on my way to the post office.
I have left a hand written note on the label.

Can't wait to hear of your recipe.

Great site, QS. :T Actually, they sell bars of choccie on there, with cocoa butter in them! So I might order a couple. There is a lovely chocolate orange bar here. That would be a lovely flavour and hopefully shiny too, with the cocoa butter in it already. :j

Hello and welcome to MSE Akua, how did you find us here? Thank you for letting me know about the progress of my order, that's very kind. I hope you get some more business from us (amateur) chocolate makers. I personally am very pleased to find a fairtrade supplier and do like to support small businesses wherever possible, I'm sure others here will say the same.

Had another go at choccies since the last one didnt go so well. These ones turned out much better. Still room for improvement but as usual was in a rush again.

    They look great Emms.

Fudge, Marshmallows? What is the darker thing in the chocs?

    God, sorry - I'm nosey :)
Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...

they look great. Did you use fudge and marshmallows in the small ones? did you add it once the chocolate was in the mould?

I put the mallow and fudge in first and then poured over it. The batch I tried last week I mixed it all up with the choc first then tried to pour it in and it didnt work as it was to thick to pour.

Pass them in my direction please Emms, I'll be happy to help you out! :D
Are these your final Valentine's choccies then? I'm itching to do some more (even before I get the cocoa butter) because I keep drooling over the ones every one else has made! Trouble is, making too many trials isn't very good on the waistline! What a dilema!....
