From my experience in the kitchen last night melting and crushing things:
Galaxy works well but don't add melted marshmallow to it as they go squishy, although they do taste yummy. Lindt melts really well and is easy to pour but once it has re set it melts in your fingers extremely fast.
Toblerone's go a bit thick and dairy milk goes lumpy.
So that's my experience of different chocolates.
Will keep experimenting though*~* My life is a little mystery that I am still trying to solve*~*0 -

Oh dear - mixed sucess tonight for me in my quest for an affordable valentines gift.
First chocolate with a bit of butter (maybe too much!) and it turned into a clumpy mess - yuck!
Second one (thank god I bought 2 bars!) I just melted - no butter - and it was fine. It is currently in the silicon heart shaped ice cube tray - been 20 minutes and not set yet...I miss using my infinite coupons at Tesco!
2010 was the worst year ever
But 2011 so far has been a lot of fun! :j

Give it a bit longer, just before Christmas I did a chocolate project with one of my classes and I was really surprised at how long the chocolate took to set, anything up to 4 hours!0

I made this for my OH for valentines day, I used a heart shaped mould from home bargains. There is crushed biscuit in the middle and I've used mini chocolate balls to decorate. My OH seemed pretty pleased with it and has already eaten someMay Wins: Annual Merlin Premium Pass, Annabel Karmel Bowl and Masher
