Have any of you seen this site before? http://www.pimpthatsnack.com/projects.php
It shows you what ingredients you need for each "snack" and has instructions how to make it.
This is my personal favourite... http://www.pimpthatsnack.com/project.php?projectID=16&pageID=1 purely for the effort gone into it to make it exactly like the original......just much bigger!!

I stumbled across it ages ago and forgot about it then remembered it this morning when I had a dream last night that I had made a huge minty walnut whip :rotfl: :rotfl:

I thought you ladies might like it as you are all so creative.....I wouldn't have the patience, I just like looking at other peoples talent :D

Shelley - thanks for that, I've just spent half an hour drooling over that website. :T Now have a list of "pimps" to do for birthday cakes next year!! First up will be a giant jaffa cake for OH! :rotfl:
  • Hmmm I just found the rubic cube cake ... given me an idea for OH's birthday end of Jan ... just wonder if I can pull it off

i melted mine in the microwave already in my silicone muffin moulds. had issues with different melting times at first. white took the longest, then milk and dark was quickest. but when doing a mixed one i put a square of white in first in one half and the added the dark square to the other half once the white was almost melted. swirled with a cocktail stick and stuck the ginger on whilst still molten.

Did you use normal plastic ice cubes trays or rubber ones? I wanted to make fudge in the rubber ones and then dip them in chocolates to make it look nicer than just cut up squares, but I was afraid it would met the trays!

    Has anyone tried this?
Thanks to all those who post competitions! :T

Thanks to all in this thread for your inspiration.
I've now made a few chocolate slabs and some 'chocolate cup cakes' which are white chocolate for the base with milk chocolate on the top. I've written merry xmas on them and just need to decorate the centres.
