and it telling me to fill out a questionaire. what is my neck step please
Exact same questions asked and answered 3 times here yesterday, despite the fact the Template Defence thread already covers DQ stage in the first post (12 first steps).

Item 3 in that notice tells you what to do.

Go back to the 12 steps in the checklist from the Defence Template sticky Announcement that you were following and read up on how to fill in the N180 form. You can download one and send it to the court and the claimant.

Note that there is a new version of this form, so read the thread by Grizebeck about filling in the questions that have changed on the directions questionnaire.
sorry i have lost the link to the "checklist from the Defence Template sticky Announcement" can anyone help

  • Hi N180 emailed to both parties

    thanks again

It's on the first page of the forum but I assume you have found it now given your subsequent post stating you have sent N180 to both parties.

There's no link.  It's at the top of the parking board and you get there in 2 clicks, as per my signature.

    Hi all
    I think I won?
    it is HEREBY ORDERED THAT
    1. the claim is struck out.
    2. because the order has been made without a hearing ,the parties have the right to apply to have the order set aside, varied or stayed.

thansks again for all the help.

Yes you won but DCBL can still appeal it.  Very doubtful unless they want a full on spanking in court

The court realised that this was another UKPC rubbish case
The way things are shaping up for DCBL, with so many discontinuations and court timewasting, why would the courts believe any claim from DCBL

THE WORD IS OUT IN THE COUNTY COURTS

Herby?  Very sage of the Judge...

Why was it struck out? Hold in to all paperwork as the other side is likely to object.
