KeithP said:IloveElephants said:KeithP said:Coupon-mad said:"BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice 2012 "No such version, not in 2012!
Except that the BPA in their infinite wisdom have on their website listed all their CoPs from 2013 to 2018 with a title of BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice 2012 - Version n
(where n = 2 to 7)
The documents themselves are not so identified.
Of course you use the version relevant at the time of your parking event.
In that post of mine that you have quoted, I have given you a link to all of them.
So simple for you to resolve.
The parking tickets took place in Nov 2019 so I will use the following
"BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice 2012 - Version 7, January 2018" This version will be referred to in relation to any issues of non-compliance taking place up to but not including 6th January 2020.
Please confirm if this is correct? Thank you for helping me out0 -

I have added "BPA Approved Operator Code of Practice 2012 - Version 7, January 2018" to my WS, If anyone can see it and let me know what else needs editing/is missing I would be grateful. thank you everyone.0

Remove 2012 from that sentence.
The BPA CoP from 2018 is clearly not from 2012.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Why perpetuate the mis-information?
Remove the characters '2012'.4 -

Don't forget that the 2018 CoP was when THE BPA entered into SCAM MODE ? and told all their members they could add a fake £60/£70
