  • Happy new year to all of my friends on here and hope everyone is doing well.

I have received a letter from the court confirming the date of my case in person.

    15th February 2023....

Now I have the date I have added it to the header on my WS Document on the top right: Hearing date.

Shall I submit my WS now or shall I wait longer closer to the hearing date.

    Thank you Everyone

What does any previous correspondence say regarding date for filing "documents upon which you rely"?

I don't have a deadline date on a Notice of Allocation, cannot find it any where.

Are you saying you don't have a Notice of Allocation, or are you saying you do have a Notice of Allocation but cannot find the required date on it?

Please be clear - this seems to be a continuing comment on this thread and the one preceding it.

    Hi Keith,

I have received the Notice of Allocation form which was the questionnaire which I submitted before the deadline date in November.

I cannot find a required date on it to submit my WS statement. This is where I am unclear when I must submit my WS as now I have conformation of the court hearing date. Thanks Keith.
  • All it says on the notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track form is

    1. this is now a defended claim
2.it appears this case is suitable for allocation
    3. You must by 5th November complete the small claims directions questionnaire  for n180 (which I did and sent) and file it with the court office.

No where on the form does it mention a deadline date to send the WS

That is not a Notice of Allocation that is a request for the DQ - N180.
