UKPC / DCB Legal - Part 2 - I WON IN COURT
Comments
-
Happy new year to all of my friends on here and hope everyone is doing well.
I have received a letter from the court confirming the date of my case in person.
15th February 2023....
Now I have the date I have added it to the header on my WS Document on the top right: Hearing date.
Shall I submit my WS now or shall I wait longer closer to the hearing date.
Thank you Everyone

What does any previous correspondence say regarding date for filing "documents upon which you rely"?Jenni x3

The reason being it leaves no time for the Claimant to pick holes in it and incorporate challenges in their own witness statement to all the points you make.5 -

I have received the Notice of Allocation form which was the questionnaire which I submitted before the deadline date in November.
I cannot find a required date on it to submit my WS statement. This is where I am unclear when I must submit my WS as now I have conformation of the court hearing date. Thanks Keith.0 -
All it says on the notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track form is
1. this is now a defended claim
2.it appears this case is suitable for allocation
3. You must by 5th November complete the small claims directions questionnaire for n180 (which I did and sent) and file it with the court office.
No where on the form does it mention a deadline date to send the WS0 -
That is not a Notice of Allocation that is a request for the DQ - N180.4
