I am just waiting for the court to send me a letter confirming the hearing date, so far no correspondence its been over 4 weeks. I am away for the remainder of December to spend time with my grandparents.

I have received an email from the court:

"The case file has been referred to chambers for directions.

The case file is currently with the trials team to draw allocation/hearing date.

 Once drawn these will be posted to you."

I have added in my contents page, if you have time please take a look, I will reformat everything and ask my friend to take a look at the formatting. Thank you everyone, I hope to keep this file ready so when I receive my hearing date I can submit the WS. Thanks
