But I'm not seeing either the Beavis sign nor the Excel v Wilkinson transcript given an Exhibit number; they are not there appended at the end and no Exhibit number is mentioned in the paragraphs talking about them.
Really all your photos should be taken out of the body of the WS and put at the end as 'exhibit 1, 2, 3, etc. and then in the paragraphs you just say 'see Exhibit 3' or whatever. Also you have the same photo twice. Should just be one exhibit at the end with all the rest of your photos & exhibits, Beavis case sign, BPA CoP and Excel v Wilkinson.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Far easier on the eye with the photos at the end!
Where and what is exhibit 8 as it doesn't appear at the bottom, is it Excel v Wilkinson?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Some observations:-Para 11 - should the Exhibit be 5 (not 4)?Is there an "Exhibit 8"?Para 30 - you state - " In the present case, the Claimant has fallen foul of those tests.(Exhibit 06 ParkingEye v Beavis)"Exhibit 6 is the yellow and black PE signPara 36 - should you be exhibiting the "ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis [2015] UKSC 67" paras mentioned? You have an "Exhibit 9" showing BPA CoP grace periods - is this relevant (there is no reference to it in the WS).2

Paragraph 11 is changed to 5 - thanks for pointing it out
No they is no exhibit 8 - it was an errorThe Supreme Court held that the intention cannot be to punish a motorist - nor to present them with concealed pitfalls, traps, hidden terms or unfair/unexpected obligations - and nor can a firm claim an unconscionable sum. In the present case, the Claimant has fallen foul of those tests.
(Exhibit 06 ParkingEye v Beavis) - CLARIFY WHICH EXHIBIT GOES HERE
For paragraph 30 - I am unsure which exhibit goes here or shall I just remove the exhibit reference?
As for Para 36 I have added (see exhibit 06)
As for Exhibit 09 it was an error, 9 doesn't exist. Shall I delete the image of the British Parking Association (BPA) Exhibit 07 as I make no reference to it in the WS? Or should I keep it in and make reference to it to strengthen my case?
Thank you so much.0 -
If you're quoting from another court judgment then (because not all court judgments result in transcripts) you must include the transcript in your evidence pack to provide provenance for your quotes.
PE v Beavis doesn't really need an exhibit as it was a Supreme Court ruling? (Let others confirm on this).Jenni x3 -
Excel v Wilkinson is always an exhibit!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
