Was there anything on the envelopeGoodman34 said:My son has received the same letter. Obviously fake and the email address replies are very poor and very bad English. You cannot charge £600 for a car parking fine which has no origin and no previous correspondence of any description. Disgusting scam.
This is what was on my envelope that we got

Whilst this scam does not appear to be associated with any parking trade association, it is my belief and opinion that the existence of this unregulated scam is as a result of the actions of the unregulated private parking industry. One poster has already said they thought it was genuine at first because their relative has previously received other charges.
In my opinion, everyone who receives one of these scamvoices should also complain to their MP about the scam, as well as the reason for the scam's existence.
I also believe they should be mentioned during the next government consultation.
Other opinions are available.

If you try the link with https: at the start, you get a "Privacy error" in Google Chrome - Rowlinson Rainbow need to get their SSL sorted out otherwise they won't appear in the first pages of search results, which is where they need to be for this, since Google said a few years ago that they'd be prioritising "https:" in search results for user privacy protection.Le_Kirk said:
