DRS Bailiffs SCAM: Baillif Debt collection letter

I have not received any fines for the last 4 years. I hardly drive my car. this is the first bailiff letter i received.
I tried to call them and gave them my reference number they said to call back in an hour their system is down.
I tried to put the reference number on the website it says to enter a valid reference number.
What should I do? If I receive parking fines I always pay. I haven't even parked in private or parking bays for the last 4 years.
What should I do?
UPDATE: DO NOT PAY & DO NOT WORRY
This is a scam. A member of the BPA has confirmed it. Please do not pay if you have received it.

That's a scam letter from a scam company. Search the forum for DRS and other variations. Someone is setting up companies and issuing scamvoices left right and centre.
Ignore it.
Read all about this scam here. It should put your mind at rest.

Please do complain to your MP about it though.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5 -
Thank you. I just called them up they told me to email them if I want PCN and details of the case. this is scarry

What if they send bailiffs? it says on the letter. I know unless they are from the court they can't do anything. But what if they clamp my car?
Surely there must be some agency who can help out.1 -
It is a scam. A fraud.
The agency to contact is Action Fraud. Report it to Action Fraud.
Impersonating a bailiff is a specific offence. They've even said in that document that a Warrant of Control has been issued by the County court!
Report it also to the British Parking Association. They already have a file on this but I suspect Steve Clark would appreciate updated letters:

Did you recently go online to look for car insurance and used any slightly dodgy ones? We think this scam gets your data from something you recently input about your car online.
Would you like @Grizebeck to phone them for you? He likes a bit of scam baiting.Or @PCNDetective - they are taking an interest in this scam:

I repeat, it is a scam. It is no different to the Nigerian Prince scam.
They cannot send bailiffs.
They cannot clamp your car.
Please show us the back of the letter as requested by Castle.
Report it to Action Fraud as advised.

I hope I made myself understood with what I brought to your attention.

Make sure you show Steve both sides of this letter and tell him we sent you, to update his file about this scam because the letters are now impersonating bailiffs.
Give Steve a link to this thread too.
He looks at MSE occasionally and I'm in fairly regular touch with the BPA.
What's the email address they (the scammers) replied from?
And where online have you or a family member input your car details this year? Think hard. Does anyone use it for Uber Eats deliveries?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
