How many will have panicked receiving one of these and paid.2

Coupon-mad said:Hmmm there must be an instance in 2022 of you inputting online your car reg and name/address and phone number. Think hard.
When would you or a family member have put in that data online somewhere recently?
This is a scam based on fraudulently-obtained online data and we'd like to work out the common source. Are there any Uber food delivery drivers in the family - that was suggested as a possible source earlier.0 -

I have stood down from my position of BPA Director of Operations and Business Development and I am working for the Association as a part-time consultant until I retire on 31 August 2022.
I am on leave and out of the country until Friday 19 August and will not be able to respond to your e-mail before then.
If it is really urgent and can't wait until my return, please e-mail Sara Roberts - sara.r@britishparking.co.uk
All the best

Tell her this is NOT about a BPA member but is further evidence about the fake DRA scam company that the BPA already reported to Action Fraud. Tell her this is being discussed on MSE and the scam has moved on from impersonating a parking firm and DRA and they now impersonate bailiffs.
See attached letter and email reply when they were contacted before it was realised it's a scam.
Give Sara a link to this thread URL.
Also report this scam to the Bailiff Trade body, CIVEA and ask them to report this offence to the appropriate bodies for impersonating bailiffs:CIVEA Limited

There is a lot to do for me. I will update soon.1 -
If you do a check on the main person(s) involved in DRS and Zego, there is a very similar name that might be worth further scrutiny. Maybe these are very common names in that community, so I may be barking entirely up the wrong tree. Worth having a look though. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
