Damn autocorrect "liason"2

There was another "company" doing this scam recently , the address for that one was a mail collection box in Brixton.
These have possibly occurred due to either data being leaked or people's mail being stolen - including PCNs or DRC letters so they've decided to copy the format for their gain.
Absolutely disgusting, but a good scam nonetheless much like hiding or cluttering signs or using ANPR to enforce unreasonable grace periods or angling camera shots or doctoring images or misusing ANPR data to hoodwink the DVLA into obtaining details of customers doing multiple visits to a site to issue "legitimate" PCNs are good hustles!
The PPCs and DRCs must be screwing as these guys have a scam with zero overheads. I bet they'll still expect their "outstanding PCN/ debt charge" money off victims have been duped by suspects who've intercepted their non-registered post!4 -

PCNDetective said:Please don't panic. This is 100% a scam. The website doesn't even permit any form of payment other than bank transfer where you have no protection because you initiated the transaction.
You find me any business that only accepts bank transfer as the payment method!
I've complained to the IPC about the use of one of its members and shock horror the IPC won't investigate because the ticket wasn't issued to me 😂
They want as little involvement as possible however as Coupon mad has said the BPA are aware as the last parking company DRS tried to 'claim' for was citing being a BPA member of which they were not.
I'm currently in Lisbon with webnic.cc the domain registrar to try and get the website shut down like I did the last site they used.
I've also managed to get the pec-payments.co.uk website taken down as that was the apparent payment for the operator car park enforcement ltd
Bit by bit more info is coming to light confirming more and more it's a scam.
Please report to action fraud as trading standards as the more reports they get, the more likely it is they take some form of action
Of course, the "bank transfer" only thing is a red flag and should lead to further investigation before using that company.6 -
I am looking into taking the website down. I will make a formal cease and desist letter and see how it works.3

My son has received the same letter. Obviously fake and the email address replies are very poor and very bad English. You cannot charge £600 for a car parking fine which has no origin and no previous correspondence of any description. Disgusting scam.4
