To progress? Possibly not - but this was where I saw the issue so it made sense to ask if others were getting the same (so it wasn't just me) BEFORE raising it with the forum team.

I think most of PCNDetective's posts are on the original thread which was started on 4th July by "Grizebeck":-
DRS Bailiff SCAM debtbailiff.com - Page 17 — MoneySavingExpert Forum

(That thread is also18 pages long with about 170 replies).

My son has received the same letter. Obviously fake and the email address replies are very poor and very bad English.  You cannot charge £600 for a car parking fine which has no origin and no previous correspondence of any description. Disgusting scam.
Was there anything on the envelope
5th Jan 2023 'yes' on the envelope 'important information regarding your street enclosed' I do not open envelope for 'The Occupier' as I believer I am only here for a short time.

It says in on behalf of Parkmaven, so I’ve contacted them.
    What have they said?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Alix - it is not a good idea to share your name, address and VRM via the fake bailiffs letter. There are scammers out there that will take advantage. You should remove and only use redacted copies.
