Adding another to the disco, as suggested by @Coupon-mad. I think in total it went on for 18 months and I was sent a court date, before they gave up (it also took nearly a month from being told it had been discontinued to receiving the letter)

@G1M3378 swats away the dreary UKPC/DCB Legal duo. Over 12 months since this thread was opened, which saw some recognisable DCB Legal shenanigans with the case being stayed, then lifted, but resulting predictably in the inevitable discontinuation. What a waste of everybody's time, and UKPC money - DCB Legal don't do court claims for nowt!374

Hmm I didn't spot that. These two documents came in the post together and as far as I know it is concerning just one case.
