PS - admire your sticking it up 'em! 😄Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Overreaction much? 🙄 Whilst we don't doubt your word, there is a specific reason for the request - see below
This thread is purely for recording discontinuations - NO discussion should be held in this thread about individual cases. Redacted copies of discontinuation notices are requested as it is the intent to use this thread as evidence in consultations regarding county court claims ... no copy = no evidence.
Edit: @Umkomaas explains it better above. (I hadn't seen that post as I composed this reply).Jenni x4 -
We are collecting evidence for the Government and we only count cases with a NoD evidenced. Read some of the links before your posts and you'll see it is normal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Here we go, start of a new week on the thread of shame. Opening this morning's session is @hjas who handled this all without direct forum assistance, seeing off I Park Services (seems like the latest PPC to be loaded into the roboclaim hopper as we're seeing a number of their cases lately) and DCB Legal. Kudos @hjas. 👍366Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Can anyone offer some advice?
I'm in a situation like above where I have just received the "Without Prejudice Offer to Settle" email. Now I am prepared for court in approximately 1 month, everything is set.
Do I email them back telling them "No" and I'll see then in court or again just wait it out?
Thanks in advance0 -

You need to read the guide to court and the template defence thread, then start your own thread. Please give as much detail as possible when you do so.

@grandanat sees off the desperate UKPC/DCB Legal duo, turning a concerning potential court case into an embarrassing discontinuation by DCB Legal.Grand result, and a nat-urally anticipated outcome.368Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
