😩. Picked it up from the quoted text immediately prior to my post!  Amended. Thanks @Coupon-mad.

    Hi everyone,

    Another one bites the dust!

I had a hearing coming up on 11th June with ParkingEye for an overstay in Welcome Break. I was a bit worried about this one. On the day I had had some bad news and wasn't sure how long I had parked as my mind was elsewhere and although I complained afterwards I wasn't able to get a reprieve. So I decided to defend the claim as best I could using the amazing help of this site. I just received the attached letter in the post which is a notice to discontinue. I'm so relieved and also so grateful for this site. Thanks again everyone.

I do however have another CCC so I'll be starting a new thread for that - fingers crossed!

@dancingdough, can I just check whether this was a ParkingEye case fronted by DCB Legal, or was it one PE were pursuing themselves please.

@Penguins23 proves too slippery for UKPC and DCB Legal, clips their wings and receives confirmation in black and white of their discontinuation.
