UKPC and DCB Legal tried to take a Double Dip to court. The Defendant had a very comprehensive location date log for the day proving she wasn't at UKPC's car park all day. The evidence was so compelling that she sent her Witness Statement and this evidence 6 months before the hearing. Did DCB Legal cancel right away? No, absolutely no contact from them including a discontinuation letter. The Defendant was informed by the court that DCB Legal had discontinued a month before the hearing. YES, why can't a defendant get compensation for such appalling behaviour?3484
