Good afternoon all,

Well, I was planning on submitting my witness statement this evening to the thread for a review - but it appears there is no need!!

After a mail from DCB Legal yesterday and a missed call and voice message today, offering a reduced charge to drop the case (which I ignored), I have today received an email from DCB Legal notifying me that their client has instructed them to discontinue the case, and the notice of discontinuance is attached to the mail!

I wanted to thank you all so much for your guidance and support in getting through this, it’s taken a toll but without this forum it would have been a lot worse! The time you guys give up to help everyone here is amazing and I can’t put into words how thankful I am!
