MET Parking and DCB Legal met their match when trying to fleece @Parkingsucks for £170+.  A good fight back ensured a predictable discontinuation from these blood-suckers! 😘

Here's discontinuance 380 from one of the Facebook groups.

DCB Legal raised a claim of £307 for a parking event in December 2018, claim was issued in May 2023.

Defendant was not the driver and the PoC did not state the reason for issue of the charge notice.

Luckily this was not the Defendant's first claim so they came to me immediately for assistance and 14 months later we have another capitulation from DCB Legal.

I had 2 PCN’s from Dec 2020, it was for a residents car park where my permit had fallen off the windscreen. No matter what I tried I couldn’t get these cancelled after using all the advice on this forum. I was a tenant and DCB/MET parking wanted over £500.
Witness statement was due in 7 days and pleased to say the cowboys at DCB Legal have discontinued today. 

Thank you to this forum, I haven’t posted here before I simply used the templates and various threads on here. So grateful this forum exists!

There needs to be more noise made in the news about these ****bags, it is one big scam that has to burst eventually.

Another one from FB.
First Parking this time (via dastardly DCB Legal) tried to penalise a pregnant lady for daring to challenge their unfair NTD.
Even when she proved, with clear screenshots, that they'd used an incorrect email address to decline her appeal, they ignored her. 
DCB Legal tried to bully her into coughing up with their wheedling letters and phone calls.
But, with my assistance, Girl Power prevailed and they've discontinued!
