The purpose of DCBL is to scare people to pay even though the case is rubbish. This is all part of the coven within the BPA
When we see ParkingEye cases going through DCBL, that is the time to understand that the game is on until they discontinue or DCBL get spanked by the court1 -

After over 3 years of having to deal with some dreadful hounding of @OneMaccChap’s OH who was of a nervous disposition (the ‘perfect’ victim for pursuit by this shocking industry - PE & DCB Legal combo), persistence and resilience eventually won the day, with the ultimate bully-boys’ climb down.
