Another Facebook sourced N279 from Mr Croot, this time for a G24 claim. In the Defendant's own words:
"I have my gym attendance record which shows I was less than 3 hours, which is permitted by the gym, but you need to give them your registration number plate.
The gym had only just opened up and they didn’t have the machine up and running so the procedure was to verbally give the staff member your registration number plate.
I attended twice in one week. My number was recorded once but not the second time. I did everything I could on the day.'
Number 723 I believe.

I have plenty more older ones but I haven't had the time to trawl back through all the cases and I hadn't been saving the N279s. I'm sure I could take you past the 800 mark if I went back far enough. The main thing is that the point is made. DCB Legal never have any intention to proceed to trial if the claim is defended. It has nothing to do with the their "client"!6

Well it’s been more than a week since last I learned of a discontinuance, but today brings news from @goodfairymagic that they have outsmarted the gruesome twosome of ECP and DCB Legal … and without direct help from the forum. Just read the available resources here, followed the plan, and magic occurred!
