After some wizardry by my computer wizkid grandson a list I have been maintaining of outstanding "disco" NoD's - (lost it several weeks ago due to scolding hot mug of coffee all over laptop and me, causing sudden jumping on laptop fallen to floor, destroying the machine) - has been reinstated. This list (going back to 5th September) of "awaiting NoD" amount to 14 o/s. up to 20/11 plus another 2 very recent ones atm.
Any reason I should not start to chase them with the following template?:-
"@ (OP).Apologies if I have missed it but I can't see it in your thread yet so wonder if you are able to post a copy of the NoD for inclusion in the "Disco" thread. Thanks.
Hopefully you will consider this a reasonable request which will help increase the forum's statistics as I presume you have found the members posts helpful."
If anybody thinks the template request should be amended happy to do so.

Despite the usual sparse evidence, UKPC continued to push towards a court hearing scheduled for January. But @BEBELUCA2017 resisted and fought back, suffered the usual deluge of phone calls from DCB Legal desperately trying to squeeze whatever they could, then following their oh so predictable path of chickening out!
