Hi, I never started my own thread, but I did read so many otther info helpful MSE forum threads; thank you. I was just about to send my Witness Statement to court (deadline 29 December 2025) when email came in that DCB Legal discontinued.

As above - which makes it even more disappointing that of the 15 nudges - by posting on threads and DM - for o/s NoD over 2 weeks ago only one has replied, and even that did not include the actual NoD. Most received a good deal of free advice from the forum regulars.
Anyway Merry Christmas and hopefully a favourable 2026.
