Hi All, thanks to everyone in this forum, I am at the final stage, I believe
, after Judgement Set aside hearing and Judge giving me 2 weeks time to prepare and send my defence, which was submitted on 07th October. Yesterday I have received "without prejudice" letter from DCB Legal. But email was a bit tricky, I need your advice, from your experience, whether I should reply to them or just ignore and what happens next:
"Despite the above, our Client is prepared to discontinue the Claim on the basis that you do not pursue any costs.
Please confirm by return that you are agreeable to the above and a Notice of Discontinuance will be filed with the Court and our file will be closed.Should you not be agreeable, we intend to highlight any unreasonable conduct to the Court."0 -

I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
