Is there any room for complaints to the SRA regarding DCB Legal's conduct in these cases? It certainly appears that they are abusing the court process, surely there must be something in the SRA's code of conduct to prohibit solicitors from being used in this manner?2

No harm in complaining about the workings of DCBL to the SRA. Not sure who the legal was in this case, but @TM74 has had a discontinuation. (Highview/Group Nexus claim).
