Just to note both my discontinuances were dcb legal on behalf of highview - seems highview like to take it to last point where they’d have to do some work - they do wait until witness statement is in so some work is necessary on the defendant’s part.
I'll add both into the count. I make that 55!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    All good news
We must wonder though is the Chancellor copying DCBL OR is DCBL copying the Chancellor

U-Turns, chickening out ... whatever you call it, it's complete madness

  • Is there any room for complaints to the SRA regarding DCB Legal's conduct in these cases?  It certainly appears that they are abusing the court process, surely there must be something in the SRA's code of conduct to prohibit solicitors from being used in this manner?

No harm in complaining about the workings of DCBL to the SRA.  Also a complaint to the MoJ as so many discontinuations can only mean a timewasring claim with no merit and the abuse of MCOL
