As long as the wood fibre boards are not glued down (there is no need to do that), they can be lifted and reused again.propertyhunter said: The house is being renovated in 2 years, so everything will be changed then - we just need to survive the current crisis as best we can. Not sure whether I would get the wood fibre underlay if I'm going to rip it out in 2 years,

What is the tariff for this eon next v18 fix?I am on an earlier 12 months fix with them but they make it impossible to view what tariffs are available. When I try for a quote there's just a message advising not to change. That's up to me if I could see what's available. I can then decide whether to remain on my existing fix or not!0

Login to your account and select Energy, Out tariffs from the menu. Scroll down to the bottom, where you will see Check out our range of tariffs, enter your postcode and they'll show what is available. To actually switch (and probably pay more than you are now), you'd probably have to phone or email them, as they don't appear to be offering tariffs to new customers or renewing fixes before they are due at the moment.

Indeed this is correct. Renewal deals will probably only appear within Eon Next's 45 day renewal window. So if I see Online v18 on 17th August onwards (in another 11 days time) I should be able to fix (if I so choose) with the v18 tariffs (if still available) starting from my renewal date (which is actually October 1st).victor2 said:oldagetraveller1 said:What is the tariff for this eon next v18 fix?I am on an earlier 12 months fix with them but they make it impossible to view what tariffs are available. When I try for a quote there's just a message advising not to change. That seems like very low electricity usage. Mine is more than double that, and I'm extremely frugal. Since the fixed deal has the 70% baked in, I would on the one hand be tempted to say it's probably not worth it, as you're not saving anything, however when the new price rise comes around in January, then you might feel the benefit, although be prepared that your bills on the fixed term contract probably don't reflect reality, and will likely be quite a bit higher than you have been quoted. I would find the usage from your current property and compare.

That's incorrect as an Eon Next customer on an existing fix like @oldagetraveller1 this is what happens when you follow those instructions.victor2 said:oldagetraveller1 said:What is the tariff for this eon next v18 fix?I am on an earlier 12 months fix with them but they make it impossible to view what tariffs are available. When I try for a quote there's just a message advising not to change. It is a bit odd as Eon Next fixes have no exit fees so they should really show this to people on existing fixes.
I will post in their community forum.

It does work, as will clicking on the link. You have to ignore the "Get a quote". You will get the followingMstty said:

Obviously the reference to 1April 2022 is out of date, but the V18 tariff is shown on my devices.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the In My Home MoneySaving, Energy and Techie Stuff boards. No it doesn't, well not for all👍 that's the full page for an eon next customer logged into their account following your instructions.victor2 said:
