£160 cashback for Santander Switch for new and existing customers

I have received nothing from Santander about the incentive and my switch took place on 15sep. I'll sit and wait see what happens although I'm itching to move away already, can't stand thier online banking

You'll have to wait quite a bit longer as it can take up to 90 days to get the incentive. This was clearly stated in the switch offer terms and conditions.  After 60 days they will check that you've met the conditions, and the incentive will be paid within the following 30 days.

My incentive was paid today and the request was made on the 12/8, so the 55 days from switch request seems to be true for this incentive like September 2021.

not sure but the 22nd would have been the 1st available date for the switch.

My incentive was paid today with the account switch date of 20/09/22 so pretty impressive by Santander!

10 working days earlier would have been c 8th. looks like under 60 days from instruction.
