I still have no bathroom plumbing. Probably best if I pack up my stuff and shower at the gym tomorrow morning. I really hope they fix it soon.
Lesson learned today that mayonnaise does not freeze well at all.
I did a little bit of shopping before I met my friend yesterday for dinner. It has been so long since I have wandered around city shops and let myself spend even a little bit of money on anything nice. I bought a frying pan, some perfume and had my eyebrows done. All treats in my eyes.
I had put mayo on the sandwich I froze. Not my finest moment.
Today my plumbing has been fixed, so I could shower at home. Such luxury.

The builders have had a big clean up yesterday. I think that means they are done with the repointing. There is still some other bits that need finishing, so I'm not going to do a proper tidy of the garden just yet, but at least there isn't mortar everywhere so badly, and the drains have been cleared out.
New housemate has moved in. Seems OK so far.

Did not make a sandwich this morning, or over the weekend. Improvised with an apple, some cucumber, crisps, a crunchie, and a bag of nuts. Not quite as filling, but it stopped me getting hangry with colleagues or clients.
