Dizzy.. I hope they get to the bottom of your health issues.
Valli.. every day is one day closer to being well and being free of those dressings and checksHealing vibes heading your way xx
I've had Fabian the last 2 days and tomorrow and I have him 3 days next week too. Moomin has her pre-op tomorrow and her leg lengthening op next Thursday. Squeak has her neurology appointment on Monday and I will likely have texts to make an appointment next week which will take 6 months to get. I don't even want to human.I need to start packing too..
DW was loaded while I cooked dinner and Pixies pack up for tomorrow. She left her bottle there today so we need to see if we can find that tomorrow.
Squeaks ASD referral sent through, SPD referral in and sleep service in. I need to get Twinkle a SPD referral in too, she is ripping off toenails again and refusing to sleep and I am just so fed up of them all being eccentric.. what kind of 6 year old rips off entire toenails??
Cuppa and ice cream and rhubarb on the gogglebox.. I think we are still watching Arrow, but I really have no idea.
1 thing packaged to post but I didn't get in that direction today and everyones prescriptions ordered. I need to make Twinkle an opticians appointment too.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)8 -
Where has the week gone?
Hugs to Valli, Dizzy and anyone else in need.
Mr N feeling sick and tired today, not sure why, so he didn't go to his voluntary job and did less flying than usual (hard to stop him even when ill - I should hire him out).
Went for a run.
Cleaned en suite; full of dust now they have harvested the field behind us.
Wielded fevverduster copiously, can't keep up with the webs.
Caught up on the majority of flagged emails.
Printed off info on next week's private assessment.
Made up end of term flower arrangement for drum tutor - we actually have one more session in 10days time, but it's the day after I get back from Mum's so I won't have time.
Went to drum lesson which was rousing and lively ("From now on", from The Greatest Showman!).. J seemingly appreciated arrangement.
Did a river swim.
Did a flower arrangement for us with the leftovers.
Ordered Mr N's birthday present to be delivered to neighbour. Texted neighbour to alert her.
Rang mum to make sure she is clear about arrangements next week - we go to her on Thurs; we all go to a certain Shakespearean location for 3 nights to incorporate a close friend's birthday lunch; return Mum home on the Monday and probably come home on Tues am. Meal arrangements vaguely planned.
Filled bird feeders.
Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.10 -
Narco.. keep a beady eye on him for the rona.. Those were complaints Pixie had last week.. weirdly no one else caught it from her! Feeling sick, tired and a headache which we put down to the heat.
Trying to knit a cardigan but it is a horrible Drops pattern and they make zero sense... it is driving me crazy!

Morning lovelies...feels like I've been awake all day, but the clock tells me only four hours! That's a bit rubbish lol.
Thank you for Tiny's birthday wishes - he had a great day (only got told off once, which for him is totally amazing) and got to have chocolate cake for breakfast this morning. Living his best life.
The lower half of the fridge is still on my list, but pleased to report I scrubbed the kitchen floor with my new(ish) Aircraft floor machine yesterday. Thinking of ordering brushes with stiff nylon bristles and some heavy duty degreaser as it's done quite a good job.
Got 10 gorgeous Ridgie puppies running around tiddling everywhere, so I'm constantly mopping ATM. They are all piled on a furry blanket by the lounge hearth snoring now, while all the adult dogs have retreated onto the sofas, out of reach!
On my to do list today is the ottoman at the end of my bed, which is stuffed full of clothes I never wear. So, as I'm setting up a dress agency with a friend, I'm going to see if there is anything in there that would look good on a window mannequin. I've got some beautiful clothes, but I'm never going to get my rather "expanded" bod back in any of them, so time to let go...
Cuppa first, whilst trying not to visualise a ripped off toenail...thanks Piggers
Well jell over the pigs ASB. Who doesn't love piglets!?8 -
Dizzy, puppies yum yum, how old are they?Ironing doneKitchen doneWhole house hooveredPlus it is sort of raining, if you blink you will miss it, but we badly need it here, the field at the back is so dry, all the tall grass brown, fingers crossed here it stays safe.It seems the new local gym, is now doing Dr's referrals, it also seems I qualify for a referral, but their web site is like mud, so last night I went to visit them, the girl on the desk, agreed with me, and gave me an email address of someone who can help, awaiting a reply from them.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Morning all
Feeling so much better thankfully. Todays delights have included finding a big blackberry bush in flower on our field 😍
HM rhubarb and gooseberry crumble for pudding tonight so I need to get that prepped. We’ve let the chicks out of their little house for a wander on the field with mummy. And the geese have eaten the very low hanging not yet fully grown apples on our trees 🙄🍏
I have FU some laundry that’s all the flying i CBA to do xx10 -
Fiddled many bills..
Paid some bills.. I am ahead for next month.
Put a complaint in about utility company wih OFGEM.. trying to charge me double what I owe month after month and will not reduce the monthly payment.
My tummy is VERY unhappy again today..
MIL messaged to ask when we could next visit.. well we are busy every day for the next 3 weeks.. so after then..
Laundry and lunch and knitting.. then I have to collect Pixie and dash about like a nutter.. I might get to sit down after 9pm..
Picked up some bits in the loo and out a clean towel out. I need a mop, my cleaning gloves and a bottle of harpic up there.
Ordered some peely foot things for OH.. not convinced they will go on his enormous trotters!

Puppies are 6 weeks old and as yet none have homes! The cost of living has hammered everyone's finances and it looks like all 10 might have to stay! What a shame...
Well, I've achieved sweet FA as I sat down with a cup of tea and fell asleep. Just woken up and can see two puddles of piddle from here...instant karma for being a lazy mare.
My Bull Terrier is snoring on my lap and she's just so cute. Sigh, I wish I was rich so I could have all the dogs8 -
Hi all
Need to take doggie to my Mum who is looking after him while we go away tomorrow for the night (Clubcard treat) but I am waiting for a parcel that is supposed to be delivered between 3.30pm and 5.30pm and needs signing for - it had better arrive on time.
Dizzy the thought of coping with 10 pups brings me out in a cold sweat, but I am sure they are very cute.
Paid stuff finished, decided to allocate 20 minutes to fly in 5 rooms - bedroom, LR, utility and DS loo, kitchen and my office. Used the timer and literally flew around - went over time on the kitchen but its all done and looks so much better.
Kitchen and bathroom floors to mop, but I will do those later.
Have also paid DHs tax and tried to understand his tax account which is showing a payment due on 31 Jan 2023 that is much less than I thought. I need to look at this a bit more because I am saving for this and want to make sure that I have enough.9
